Green Jay Bird Conservancy
We are Cecilia Alvarez and Juan Flores from Cancún, México. We are dedicated to environmental education and conservation through birding in the Yucatan Peninsula through our organization, Green Jay Bird Conservancy. For the past eight years, together with our community, we promote participatory science projects seeking to improve the wellbeing of citizens, their communities, and biodiversity through birds.
We also collaborate in Casa Wayuú A C, where we co-create conservation and environmental education projects in small communities of the Mayan jungle in México.
